Oh my oh my. I've been away so long again. I'm sorry guys. I guess it's just all finally sinking in that this crazy year is finally coming to an end, and that in just 4 weeks I will be starting my clinical year as a PA student. Scary, huh?

Here's my update:

I went to Penn State with a bunch of the girls from class and their respective "significant others." It was funny, dramatic, exhausting and just all around nutty.
Estrogen + Stress + 2 small hotel rooms + Alcohol = woah.
Man do we need break to come soon haha.

The other piece of good news is that I found out where my first 8 weeks of my clinical year will be. I will be doing a family practice rotation at Esperanza Health Clinic in Philadelphia. It is a faith-based clinic that treats a predominantly Hispanic community. I am THRILLED to have gotten the site because it also has an OB/GYN and HIV clinic, plus, I get to speak Spanish everyday and get ready to go to Mexico next spring.

If you wanna check it out here's the website: www.esperanzahealthcenter.org

I will try not to stay away as long next time. No promises cause I only have a week until my practice board exam. Holy moley.
